bluebear 'Waterfall Spa in Leeds should be on this list! It is absolutely delightful and doesn't cost the earth either! This is a review i wrote about it: From the minute I entered Waterfall Spa I felt I had been whisked away into a fairytale land where I was the princess. The design of the spa is relaxing and fluid with each of the areas flowing into one another seamlessly. The changing rooms are clean and luxurious and you even get your own Hollywood alias printed on your locker swipe card. The spa area itself is roomy enough to hold hen parties and such like, but intimate too so perfect for having a good catch up with an old friend. We were given menus from which to make our lunch order and we decided to go for the champagne lunch. The food is brought in from a restaurant across the road and you can tell-it was delicious. I chose tempura squid to start, followed by swordfish steak and several glasses of champers! All the staff were lovely and waited on us hand and foot. I had the ‘Tension Busting Massage’, which I would definitely recommend, as I have suffered with back ache for a long time and could really feel the benefit of the treatment. My friend had the ‘Cucumber and Rose Facial’ as she’s recently given up smoking and thought she’d treat her skin to a fresh start. She said she felt totally revitalized afterwards and that her new skin was definitely an incentive not to start smoking again. Then we both had a manicure and pedicure in the pink nail area, which was really great because we could relax in loungers and chat whilst we had our nails pampered. Overall I had a fantastic day and will definitely be going back soon for another day of bliss. Their website is http://www.waterfallspa.co.uk/spa-breaks.php i would definitely recommend it. x'
