TonySmith2 'Sadly, I haven't done any of those. The nearest I came to one of them was taking my car for a spin round silverstone race track.'

rafaela 'These are really good ideas, but following doesn't it mean that we are following what people think should be done, instead of ourselves? I would love to do them all, but I think there is more to life than just following a list.'

PhilPub 'It does read a bit "do it so that I can tell people I've done it", but there are definitely a few there that are on my list already. Let's see... 1. Climb Everest - well, I've trekked to (higher than) base camp. As they suggest, I might save the summit for the last on the list (like, never) as it's the most likely to get you killed! 2. Run the London Marathon - I'll tick that one off on 22nd April! 3. Ride a stage of the Tour de France. Seriously considering this one. After FLM I'll be back on the bike and fitter than ever. Still think Alpe D'Huez could be a struggle though. 4. See the Northern Lights. Yes please. When I can afford a pint of beer in Iceland...'

SuperCaz 'Not many of the things on that list reflect the things that I would like to do, but then I guess that we are all different. Too many of these smack of pay your money to get the T-shirt. I'd rather do things that challenge me personnally. That includes combating my phobias, which I think is much more terrifying that anything on your list, but also much more practical and life-enhancing than being about to tick a box saying 'Been there'.'

cranky 'wow! i'm quite pleased that by the age of 25 years i have already done: 3. went shark diving in South Africa 8. went on safari in Krugar Park 10. whitewater rafting in Oz 13. climbed Sydney Harbour Bridge 17. Watched the sunset over Ayers Rock all on separate holidays!! i'm very very lucky, and i count my blessings every day! though there's still quite a few on that list that i'd love to do! (and also some i'm not fussed about EVER doing!) :-)'

daveredrock '4, check (last April) , 22, check (honeymoon), eh, 21 (does it count if it didn't go anywhere but was an actual proper one that's been in a race?) if so: check. Was too hung over to climb the Sydney Harbour Bridge (they test you) and too scared to run with the bulls (Hemingway would be disappointed in me). I agree with previous comments that this is more of a box ticking list though. Lots more challenging things in life that are more accessible too - like deciding to change your life and actually going out the door for your first run... '

Mrs_Sean_Bean 'I've not done anything on this list, and have no plans to. How about 1. Manage depression. 2. Raise a family. 3. Start running for the first time in 20 years. '
