good intentions
May20200910:13 a.m.
So the alarm went of at 6:30 this morning, my running kit was laid out from the night before and I was all ready to blitz 10k before work.
What happened?
That's a question without a very interesting answer, there is something very alluring about a pillow and duvet, so much so that I gave myself up to it and pretended to forget about my running plans.
Motivation, that's the problem, maybe its the post marathon lull, maybe its laziness, maybe its the red wine......
What ever the reasoning though I am determined not to let the day go by without hitting the pavements of Waltham Abbey.......do you hear that pavements!!! get ready for a pounding tonight........

Hola 'Had to look at your blog, I have a son called Aidan. Morning running doesn't really suit me either but it does feel good later in the day when you can think that you've already got your run out of the way!' added 20th May 2009
