A quiet week - I guess like most - hence the lack of posts; today I went to the Expo, a strange experience I must confess - a curious mixture of inspiration and intimidation in equal measure...
In terms of training, I guess I have now accepted that I can do no more and will enjoy a quiet day tomorrow... I am a bit anxious about the weather forecast for the day and how warm it will be - again I guess perhaps like others - but given how much water and the showers etc, I think I would prefer warm than cold!
Fundraising remains a struggle - creeping towards 50% so still a long way to go (see www.justgiving.co.uk/Andrew-Lambe)... I've had some good recent support from local business; the Southam Budgens store http://www.budgens.co.uk/ made a kind donation and the Southam and District Advertiser kindly printed my poster, fingers crossed it generates some support...
Feeling quite relaxed at the moment but equally quite excited about the imminent challenge...
