having a better week

On course for doing my requisite 8 hours exercise this week. Ok, I'm only halfway through but its all about keeping things ticking over early in the week before a big Friday and Saturday.
Did an hour cycle this morning before work, cycled to Basingstoke and around country lanes of Hampshire - it would have been ok had it not been minus 68. Am truly sick of this weather and warm spring can't come soon enough.
Got a 12 mile run planned tomorrow morning with a 35-40 mile bike ride on Saturday. Getting though without aches and pains being the no.1 goal, and doing some quality training effort being secondary, which may not be the right way round.
Think I'm aproaching the point of exhausting my reserves of motivation, which to be fair have lasted well since October. With the half iron man still being 3.5 months away, I get the feeling I'm going to need to move to plan B to find some renewed enthusiasm as the thought of 15 more weeks of getting up at 6 am is not appealing. No idea what plan B is mind you.
