...for enthusiasm! I'm in a real funk at the moment. Couldn't get motivated for any running this week and I can't work out why. The taper period is always difficult mentally but I've not stuggled this badly in the 5 years I've been doing this

I tried to get myself up for this by calling the marathon centre to find out my pen number. Pen 7!! That's almost right at the back. Drove me deeper into the funk.

Maybe the Expo will cheer me up a bit. We'll see

Really disappointed Luckypool won the FA Cup semi today. Along with Man Poo and The Arse they are the Barca of the EPL getting favourable decisions from officials and the FA. I tend not to watch their games at all. If Chelski beat the Spuds it's a cup final I won't watch, Consequently I don't care if we go through tomorrow or not
