VLM - Here I Come! by Bobs

I am 52 years old.  Mother of two daughters and grandma to one boy and three girls.   I started to run a couple of years ago, just after I stopped smoking, in order to run with Race for Life with my elder daughter.   We completed that, then I let myself slip and ended up gaining a huge amount of weight.

I was shocked at winning a bequest place in the VLM, but now I've got over the shock and the training has begun!
