In that last stages of training for New York - running with my friend on behalf of Spinal Injuries Association. Anyone else running for them?

Ran the Nottingham marathon couple of weeks ago - it was a well organised event, but the run round the rowing lake was tough!!

Also waiting for rejection or acceptance to London 2009.
