Martlesham 10k

I saw my annoyingly super-fit cousins at the weekend back in Suffolk. Apparently there is a 10k in Martlesham in either September or October. They said it's a flat course, and it will be nice and cool by then so that could be a runner. Excuse the pun. I'll try and get my uncle to run as well so at least they'll be someone slower than me!
It's hotting up a bit too much now - not sure I could stomach a 10k in the heat. Swimming may take over for a couple of months. Please please let it be another hot summer!
