wind-ing the morning away

Found it tougher today keeping HR down as running into the wind most of the run. Been remeasuring my Resting heart rate over the past few days and it seems to be 58 rather than 56 so adjusted training plans accordingly, should mean i feel a bit more effort when i do my speed training.
Enjoying training to just HR though, a lot more relaxing and feel refreshed rather than tired after runs. Rest day tomorrow.
My mileage continues to increase slowly. July 93 miles
