Running for Me by Eartha

I've been trying to figure out just why I run. It's been a thing with me for about a year now. But I have been unable to put my finger on just one reason.

Here is what I've come up with: I run for me!

And that's what I'll be doing in Akron this year. Running that marathon for me.

This is the first race I've run where I don't know a soul. And no one from my family will be there to watch me this time.

So I guess it really is for me.
