Hi all,
Thanks all for the nice comments! Ran out early this morning - not as cold as usual which helped. I only have very thin tights and my thighs do tend to suffer!
Splits were
- 9min 50
- 9min 42
- 9min 03
Getting better, although I was puffing by the end of it!
Day off tomorrow - then running again Thursday.
