Time to move on

Yesterday was the 3000m of the Provincial championships. It went pretty well I guess even though the times weren't there to back it up. It was somewhat of a tactical race and really was never meant to be fast paced. I ended up running about 8:45 which is the slowest i ran this season but who cares. Now it's over and I'm taking a full five days rest and then I'll jogg every second day for a week. It will give me time to get my drive back and I'll be up and running hard again soon. I'm actually going to Los Angeles in a couple of weeks for work so I'll try to schedule my comeback around that time so I can enjoy some nice weather to lauch the outdoors season. Until then though, I guess it's going to be like most off-seasons and it will be pretty rough on the liver and I might even be lacking a few hours of sleep. But it's necessary 'cause once I kick the road running season; party's over... well for most part.
