Sorry I've not been around much lately. This horrible bum injury is still causing me a lot of pain. I'm *easing* back in to running (gently!). My longest run so far is a whole 16 minutes. 
I'm getting better (though only slowly!). I've been going for lots of short runs, which feel OK TBH. It doesn't feel right, but it's not *horribly8 painful or anything. But quite often, when I stand up, having been sitting for a while, My bum/quad hurts *so* much!
The "I want..." bit is because I've put in to be an olympic torchbearer. But they said I'd hear this week. And since I haven't hear yet, I assume it's bad news.

nomadelle 'I've had a similar pain/injury by the sound of things! Mine is in my glutes. My physio said it's actually related to my posture and I'm doing all kinds of stretching and watching my posture these days. Hope you get better news re the torchbearer opportunity! ' added 8th Dec 2011
