Physio programme.

May06201011:39 p.m.

Today I tried out my new programme.

i didn't have as much time in the gym as i wanted as i finished work late and i hadn't voted yet which i really wanted to do.

It's strange, over the past few days, my motivation has changed and I think changed for the worse. Through the first part of this year I had the motivation to complete the London marathon. Now i've completed it, I haven't in the short term got much to aim for. I know i've got to get my body correct before I start training for Berlin which i need to do in a month or so, but I'm scared I'm not going to see the benefits of my phsyio sessions and programme like I had up until running London.

I started with the foam roller work of my programme first. I'm not sure how long I'm meant to do each leg for but time flew by! I then done my stretching exercises in which i realised i'm still super tight every where! I finally started on my core strength work. All this was done on the mat.

I had planned to do some CV work and to do the weights bit of my programme but I didn't have time. I got to the polling station after 9pm.

I plan to play rugby on Saturday. We have a memorial match at the Stoop. it'll be my first match since coming off the pitch broken 8 months ago.
