Run no.2

Run no.2 tonight in the 'cunning plan' - another 26 minute run/walk session round the local streets.  That left calf still feeling decidedly tight, although the walk breaks seemed to work wonders as things loosened up nicely by the finish.

I see Kitten is rounding up people for a bloggers Santa Dash next weekend. Sadly beyond me at the moment (pathetic eh) but otherwise I'd be there!  Who knows, fingers crossed, if I can keep the cunning plan going...I may eventually get back to 5k form!!

Happy running everyone

You are really suffering at the moment Geoff, with leg and lugholes. Hope it all clears up soon.

Just done catch up. Sorry to hear about the injury :-( but glad you are able to start again now, and that all seems well with the ears. Sounds like you 've been able to do some good cycling though, which should help you keep your fitness.

You will get there in the end I'm sure. x

Fancy entering a three legged race? - between us we could just about muster up enough working legs. Good luck with the rehab.

Keep on going.

With your previous times it shouldn't take too long to recover your times.

Just look after that calf (as if you won't)
The cunning plan sounds good so far.

The plan certainly does sound good;-)
Hope the calf is okay today.
