    second thoughts...

The trip is looking good - chosen a place to stay in Singapore and booked my Perth Hostel too. Just one night and the rest I am leaving up to chance.

Feeling pretty nervous, this will be a bit of a mission for me. Lots happening at home at the moment and not sure If I have booked the right time to go away - but it is too late now, they'll just have to get on with it all without me...

Singapore - what shall I do

Got a few days in sinagapre planned but not a clue what to do. I want to see the city but that should take only a day or so to see the major stuff. Want to get out and about maybe a boat trip and a night somewhere else.

If anyone has ideas/advice/tips drop me a comment! I'm confused

    Tickets have arrived

Yay - the key to my travel trip arrived this morning, the trail finder tickets. This is when it starts to get scary. I have got the dates sketched out (which will probably change a zillion times but i can do that on the ticket)

And here's where I am heading

    Singapore, Perth, Auckland, LA

Decided to keep it simple, after all six weeks is going to fly by!

Next is th e packing - I'm making the most of the summer sales at the moment, getting all the gear together - think i am going to need soem really geeky walking shoes too

    Overview

Heading off on a trip at the end of the year - not a really massive long time, one but a six week stint over Christmas. The main spot I'll be heading to is Australia but still checking out the route there - planning where to stop and stay. So it's all in the planning stages at the moment. Really excited and won't miss the UK too much even at Christmas - it makes me really down. I love the build up but after the big day depression sits in, last year was really hard.So going to see if travel is the perfect tonic.
