slowly and cautiously

I actually ran yesterday but didn't have time to put down anything about it until now. I started off too fast, so slowed it down to the jogging pace till the two mile mark, then walked till I hit 20 minutes. Had a few stomach issues so called it a night. Feels good to get some exercise in again.

A touch of detox
I've been battling a cold for the last couple of days so I decided I'd go for an evening run today. I'm too busy at work to chance using all my energy up...
