harbourside jaunt

Its been a while since I've been out running, or on here.  My cold came back with a vengence after my last run so I waited till it was completely gone.  Then work stresses (big ones a la crap economy, need I say more) meant I wasn't eating or sleeping right so running just wouldn't have been a healthy option.  I lost a couple pounds but not the good way, so it's back to eating normally and that means back out running.

It always takes that extra effort to get back to it after a break, knowing how fast my body loses its ability to run comfortably.  My husband tried to give me a supportive "there's no reason not to, why don't you get up and go" nudge which prompted a very pissy me, but out I went and well, I'm back at it because of it.  Ahh, how we treat the supportive ones, eh? ;-) 

off to pick out and carve a pumpkin!
