Goal progress updates

So how am I doing with the goals I set at the beginning of January?
1) Marathon - Sub 4 hours - 3 hours 38 minutes 11 seconds
2) Half Marathon - Sub 1 hr 38 mins - 1 hour 35 minutes 37 seconds
3) 10K - Sub 45 mins - Will find out this weekend when I take on the Moors Valley 10K but today's 7 miler was done in 48 mins 44 secs so looking good.
4) Weight - Get down to 12 stone 7 pounds (Currently just under 13 stone) - 12 stone 7 week of the marathon but up to 12 stone 10 now!
5) Take part in a cycle sportive - complete a 100 mile cycle ride - Planning on doing the Mega Meon Valley 100 miles sportive in September
6) Stay fit and healthy - as good as can be expected
7) Be a good dad/husband - Mrs R and junior R will have to answer that one !!!
