Morning running

I went for a 5 mile run on Tuesday morning! First time I have ever got up early and ran before work.
I though I should considering the race starts at 7am - I need to get my body used to exercise first thing. The actual run was fine but I have been absolutely knackered ever since. It shows what a difference it makes on the body so I guess i need to do more morning runs...
Sunday is the peak of my training on the plan. 100-120mins so in theory I need to be aiming to do the full half marathon distance, I'm going to try and do it first thing Sunday morning to prepare for the maion event on the 27th. Not long now...

Well, I was out on Sunday for over an hour! 1 hour and 1 min to be precise. Unfortunately only about 50 - 55 mins of that was running. I had to stop and...
