Well it's 2 to 3 months into starting regular exercise and it's going well but slow! up to running for 30 mins on the treadmill at about 8K speed so pretty slow, would like to get up to running for 60/70 mins at about 9k speed. I'm managing 2 to 3 runs a week with 1 to 2 cross training sessions in the gym. Did 30 mins gym this morning and was o.k but had a funny tum so not feeling great! I'm feeling optimistic about the training, would like to start an 8 week 10K plan at the beginning of April.
