Richmond Park parkrun on Saturday. Good atmosphere as always.
Not too impressed with my time though - for that amount of effort I should've been at least close to my PB!!! Maybe the curry the night before was not the best prep 
Also rather annoyed that I can seem to post on here from my iphone - doesn't recognise this "Body" section as a text space - grrrrr
