Feeling Good

Well having only ran 547 miles in 2011 due to back problems I have rested well these last three months and want to get my running back to were it should be.
So far in Jan I have ran 21 miles in total painfree so far so good. I went out yesterday and surprised myself running 7m at 9.25mm which is fast for me so feel like Im getting my mojo back just need to keep running 3/4 times a week. I am going to add a mile or two each week to my long run and take it from there. Im not bothered about times at the moment just want to keep upping my mileage and staying pain free.
Im working towards The Great North West Half at end of Feb will then decided if im gona do London dont like the thought of standing there watching everyone and not being a part of it.
Shame I have to work today looks lovley and fresh for a run out there
