Be patient

Time seems to be going by far too fast and it's now only two weeks until I go to Atlanta and three weeks until the marathon. I'm still alternating running with going to the gym to try and keep injuries at bay. Had a great sports massage by Global Therapies on Tuesday. I do love sports massages, painful but good. Got a 20mile race next weekend, eep!
Training for this week went like this:
Monday: 7 mile run.
Tuesday: 17 mile run.
Wednesday: 1hr gym (including run home).
Thursday: 4 mile run.
Friday: 1hr gym (including 5k on the treadmill then run home).
Saturday: Rest.
Sunday: 10 mile Radcliffe multi terrain race, 11th lady.
Mileage: 42 miles.
If you would like to sponsor me for any upcoming events for the Children's Trust, it would be very greatly appreciated. To sponsor me you can go here: http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/KirstyJohnson
