Favourite 80s film - that was the morning brew topic here in the realbuzz office this morning, and we managed to come up with so many titles; Goonies, Teen Wolf, Back to the Future, Splash, Weekend at Bernies...talk about memory Lane.

And, the 80s was certainly my coming of age, particularly centred around watching a one uber bad film again and again, generally when the house was empty. Yup, About last night with Rob Lowe and Demi Moore, is a perfect example of an 80s flick, big hair, stone-washed jeans and the best soundtrack.

Despite the cheesy trailer, it had one seriously hot shower scene, well I remember it as being so, but then again, I was about 12. I remember watching this scene over and over (oh, for a digi box then) thinking why do I feel this way? You have to realise any previous sexual stimulation I encountered came from looking up 'naughty' words in the dictionary or once, when someone had left a girlie mag in the village phone box, and all the local kids crammed in to get a butchers.

So, a few weeks ago, when I saw it was on the box, I had to sit and watch, and as the scene drew closer the excitement grew, but I was left desperately disappointed as the 20-second best bit was cut. I couldn't believe it - and it wasn't like it was on early, I was left definitely wanting more.

Anywho, as it's a Friday and let's face it, we're on a wind down - I have selected just a few of the titles from the 80s. Have I missed your favourite?
