Well boys if I were to offer you an activity that could give you a six pack, reduce the risk of a sporting injury and help you perform better in bed you would be a little curious as to what it was.
Well, I'll let you into a secret ... let me come close and whisper in your ear...Pilates is not just for girls.
Yep, it's true - Pilates is great for guys as it works the deep core muscles of the body bringing about greater flexibility, heightened range of motion and improved accuracy in every move your body makes.
So, where does the sex-stallion boost come from? Well, as well as helping build core strength; the Pilates really work your pelvic floor muscles, so you can expect heightened sensations between the sheets too.
But even if the thought of better sex isn't enough to get you into your local Pilates class, you could always try something a little more, well masculine...
How about Beautcamp Pilates? Originating in LA, Beautcamp Pilates is a fitness programme that combines traditional mat-based Pilates with circuit-training and there's a 'machine' involved too. Much more Alpha male don't you think? Plus, I think Pilates being good for sex goes much deeper than strengthening the core, after all the positions you get yourself into shown in the promo vid are by no way prone or supine.
Just wondering what other types of 'gentle' exercise and activities are going to be subjected to the 'military' approach? Maybe Boot-Retreat Yoga? Circuit Tai Chi? Military Mediation?
