I brought a partner running this time.  And I ended up getting in trouble for running in the dark   Also ran a lot slower (did just over 2 miles in 23 mins apparently) than yesterday where I did 2 miles in 15 mins.  Oh dear! No more running partner I guess! 0.o  Though they did have a point of running in the dark.  There was an unusually high number of 'crazy and scary people' out this evening! 

Great, looks like I'll have to be up in the mornings instead of early afternoon >.<
