Tonight ...
10 km in under 50 minutes, weight under 90 kg.
Tough going tonight, had to work so hard mentally to keep going as mile 4 and 5 felt like I was running through knee deep mud. Dragged it out during the last mile and finished with a big smile and a slightly sickly feeling !
Happy also that I'm under the target weight and now all set for the op on Friday.
