Well it was a simple aim and 4:55:14 has been banished.
On the way I broke 2 hours for a half marathon and 50 minutes for 10 km so all in all it's been a successful 9 months or so.
Can I live with 4:20:32? Yes I can
Sub 10 minute miling at my age is as good as it's going to get. So from now on it's going to be about fun and if a good time pops up now again that will be a bonus
I wish every other blogger well with their running and I hope you all achieve your aims and goals whatever they may be.
