Went to my first weigh in a Weight Watchers on Wednesday, had a rather large shock!
Since then have decided to do more than just running, need to get tummy toned and arms toned...went for 6 mile run today, aiming to get up early in morning and try to watch a fitness class on Sky. it's the only way I can fit it around work and young son.
I think I've lost a couple of pounds already, aiming for a big loss in m first week to help kickstart myself!

First Day - Wake up call!
Have been up and down by around 5 lbs over the last 6 months. have been finding it hard to run wat my running club as no babysitter when hubby works...
