London Marathon

not a great training week, did a very brief gym session on Tuesday, found it hard to run so did a bit of cardio and some leg weights.
then tonight managed an hour cardio, 30 mins run, 17 cross trainer and 13 on the bike, then we went home for scrabbled egg on a bagel with Philly.
busy weekend ahead, running club party tomorrow night and big family meal at the local pub on Saturday, in between going to take some time off work tomorrow afternoon and do some shopping, hoping to meet friends for lunch on saturday, roll on the sit down on sunday.
first christmas tree needs putting up!!!!
