Of Data and Sports Massage...and pain

Mar16201012:12 a.m.

I've just got round to uploading the data from Sunday's run: http://connect.garmin.com/activity/27115810

It makes hard reading due to the periodic stops made to let people (moslty me) catch up. But, it's 13 miles in the bank for Marathon day.

Russell Holman of fit4 personal training is a nasty man who made me almost cry and did make me whimper (http://www.fit4personaltraining.com/). But his magic fingers have helped sooth my tired leg muscles - mostly calves which take the brunt of the punishment carrying my 16st 13lb frame around the streets.

Luckily I returned home to a smashing home made cottage pie crafted by my darling wife and the memory of nasty Russell began to fade. :-)

I'm hoping it wille ease my recovery before tomorrows training run.

Photo shoot tomorrow in the first of the silly hats.

If you can, or know someone who is interested in supporting a runner in the marathon for The MS Society, please point them in the direction of my page: http://bit.ly/dh9qxW
