Update
Apr22201111:15 p.m.
Still plodding along and managed to completthe London marathon, but outside my planned time although it was still a PB. Had a dicky tummy so needed a few unscheduled stops along the way. All in all, a good result but still not too happy. I am on course however, to beat all my PB's this year, did it last year but didn't do a 10 mile which I am to race on 22 May and if I stay fit I will manage; that will be all the mile ones done, just the KM races to do.
