Pain & Pleasure by Plodding_Along

A busy day yesterday resulted in potting on some veggies for me and some flowers for my daughter, funny how she wants flowers and I'm doing all the work!!  I was in the garden till late so I thought a decent nights kip was in order, but the sound of our little feathered friends woke me at 4.something am.  I eventually gave up trying to slepp and pottered around for a bit before getting out on my long run.  10 miles completed in 74mins and I finished around 8am when it was starting to get warm.  Glad it's out of the way and a bit more pottering for the remainder of the day I feel, gardening, car to wash etc etc.  Lovely weather for it but not ideal if you're racing, for all those who are, I hope it goes well.
