The Week

Only done a couple of runs this week, a very steady 5 miler on Tues evening and a track session last night which is still hurting now. It was 8 x 300 and as I arrived late, no warm up. I did the first in 58 secs, taking it steady and the remainder between 51 and 53 secs.
I hope to get a long ish run in this weekend but too much to do in the garden, revision for an exam next week etc etc may see it curtailed or cancelled. Next race is a 5k on wed evening and I've just entered a 10k in the beginning of Jun, hopefully that sub 40mins is still in the legs.
