Need a TomTom just for a quick jog!
Jul3120095:57 p.m.
Supposed to do another 30 min run today, so thought I'd reverse Wednesday's route. Alas, my dire sense of direction kicked in
and I took a very picturesque route
It did mean that my mile markers were all off, so not sure of my splits, and no idea how far I actually ran.
Time: 25:02 mins (OK, so it wasn't a full half hour, but I had literally just got back in from an hours dancing practise, so not feeling guiilty)
Distance: probably about 2 and a bit miles
Pre-run snack: none, but did have pasta for lunch
Music: wanted to put together a playlist, but my 'retro' i-pod (as someone called it the other day) doesn't fit in my armband, and the smaller i-pod has definitely given up the ghost
