Week #5, Run 2

What an odd run. I had so many things on my mind I really didn't think about the run at all. I just glided around on auto-pilot. Really cold tonight. 8.02 miles in 1:10:30 - 8:47/mile.

tinabee 'i was out last night too and can confirm it really was baltic. I had two pairs of gloves on it was so cold. Good pace for a cold run!' added 3rd Feb 2012
