Here's the plan

Did a 6.2 mile run lask night, pure coincidence that a 10k finishes outside my door so I'm launching the STUBLACK 10k, starts and finishes out side my house, very convinient.
Running on Wed & Thur lunchtimes - 6.7 and 8.2 then nothing until the Tunnel 10k on Sunday. Hoping to beat last years 55min and trying for a sub 52min course PB. It will be good to be in a race again after London.
Got a couple of days off next week so hoping to mix running and family days out, may even try and get the family out running, but that will probably be to the ice cream van.
