A bit to much...

Mar2620091:40 a.m.

Monday i done 1 hour on the bike and another hour weights.

Tuesday i run 9 miles and after i done 30Min's work out on my core and 30 Min's walk to work, then i had to work until 01.00 am that's when i felt how much exercise i done because i had no energy left.

I recover from that like many times before with out be put of from doing exercise for a long time, i felt the pain, i felt the Tuesday a very long day with out  end, when i got in to bed 02.00am felt like heaven and again i woke up again ready for another challenge.

Wednesday the chalenge was to run for 7.5 miles untill my heart pop out of my mouth and so i done it and that was the end of it, i wanted to feel the pain , i wanted to feel and see that all this work for god knows for how long i been doing it if had paid of.

Paid of, no regrets i feel stronger now and is the end of it , no pain no gain.

So today i am resting, i have to but i am resting with a Smile in my face.
