Just a number....

  I treat age just as a number, every day i do something different, a new challenge, i challenge my body and mind, i don't want to feel life passing by with out pushing my self, living life with regret.

In the last few days i done a combination of exercises for about 2 hours.

    45 Min's of Stationary Bikeand 60 Min's of a mix exercises Weight LiftingSit Up, one day i work my arms, shoulders, and back, other day my core muscles and legs.

I Love running but some times doing exercise in doors doesn't feel that i am to long away from my family, on this days is not enough time in one day and i need to balance my life.

I use to go on Runningand on 50 to 70 miles per week, running eat my muscles away, i lost so much weight, my trousers was 36 and went to 32, the same i have now but with more muscles all over.

i run 2 to 3 times per week, 6 to 12 miles, some times fast and furious and some time at a nice pace  so i enjoy it to.

Running in the weekends in Clapham Common park is so nice, so many runners to inspire me, to see so many people from different back rounds,different sizes, but all of them with one thing in mind, to look better and feel better with them self's, how lovely is that.

Well were is a will is a way and every thing is possible, some days are harder then others but the end results are priceless.

I am loving it and time to finish my day with a smile.
