The core...

Mar15200910:13 a.m.

Back again.

For a while my training as been focus in building a strong core by doing a bit of this Sit UpBarbellBench Press

I start my exercise as usual  by doing 45 to 60 Min's of this Stationary Bike

Pushing my self to the limit some times, following by 60 Min's of different exercises.

My core is much stronger now and when i run for 9 or 10 miles i feel much stronger now,in the past some how i was believing if i could make my legs strong i would latter be able to make my core stronger but i was wrong because i was putting to much pressure on my knees when i use to run 50 -60 miles per week and know i am paying the price because my knees hurts like hell if i run to much.

Now no more long runs, only 1 or 2 runs per week, about 15 to 20 miles only and some weeks less then that.

I feel much happier now and with lots of energy, i exercise 2 days and rest 1.

I would love to run every day but i think for me is were i have to draw the line and focus in the exercises that i doing for quiet a long time.

We some times have to change directions in our life so we carry on exercising the way we can, i feel jealous of the runners because i love the buzz running give us.

FLM is coming up again and what a day will be for me just watching others doing it, but i am happy for the other runners, they work so hard, my friend next door is running and i will be there to support him and the others.

Day after day i am much stronger and vey happy in deed   Na-na-na-naand finaly i am getting the body i always dream of.
