Ok, so I need to get fit! My boyf and I want to try for a baby in the next 6 months or so but first I have to get fit and lose some weight! :o) My thinking is this: "if i inform the world of my progress then i'll do better" It might work but then it might not,......we'll see!! <lol>
I'm fed up of being unfit and unhealthy so today I've had my last chocolate bar and tomorrow I start on a healthy eating plan. (the "world" one not the "watchers" one!) and besides, I can't start it until tomorrow anyway because my Tesco order doesn't arrive until then! - Oops. I know it works tho' because I've done it before and I have 6 months to reach my target!
And so to the exercise part - I like exercise once I'm doing it, I'd just rather do something that was fun and didn't feel like exercise, so I've signed up for Adult Ballet! It's on a Monday night and clashes with my boxing class and herein lies my problem. I start a new class, really enjoy it and then see something else that I'd like to try, so off I bimble to this new class, stick with it for a good few weeks and then see something else that I'd like to try, it inevitably clashes with the last one I picked and it starts all over again!!! And it's a pain in the ****!!!
At the moment, I can do Ballet on a Monday and move Boxing to Thursday but then what do I do with Yoga?! Hmm Arggggh!! We'll see how I go!
