You might be wondering where I’ve been of late (well Jamie B and John F may have been wondering anyway) but I’m still here in the realbuzz stable working up a sweat to bring you some new stuff.

It’s no secret that I’m a big footy fan (that's soccer to some of you) although I do resist the temptation to make my blog here solely about the beautiful game, but the last few months I’ve been working on a new footy site which has just been launched.

    Footyextra.com

Footyextra.com is the name and football or soccer is the game. Yep folks, it’s a site just about footy so there’ll be plenty of opportunity for those of you who like to spout off about more than how many miles you’ve clocked up or how many calories you burn just by walking up the stairs. You can talk about soccer and talk about it all day.

So head over to Footyextra to share your soccer views and news and engage in some banter. We promise a warm welcome, even for Chelsea fans (and that includes you Murphster).

Like on realbuzz we’ve put together some great bloggers for you. In our Pro view blogs you’ll find Manchester United legend Gary Pallister writing for us and Newcastle has been (his words not ours) John Beresford also gives his openly honest views on the game. The mysterious FootballAgent46 provides the lowdown on the life of a Football Agent (we’ll certainly be keeping a watching brief as the January transfer window approaches).

    Footyextra blogs

In addition, we’ve got current players - Southend United’s Peter Gilbert, Wycombe Wanderers Kevin Betsy, Cardiff City’s Anthony Gerrard – giving you some insight into the life of a pro. And as a special treat for Jamie B we’ve got Forest legend Nigel Jemson writing his weekly blog. How will his thoughts go down at the County Ground?

So what you waiting for? It’s time to show your true colours and support your team. So get over to Footyextra and while you are there see if you are hard enough to tackle The Mouth or at least get it off your chest in the football forum.
