Tough session today. Normally I meet up with a group of runners at lunchtime and we do 9X2 mins with 1 min recovery.
Today we varied the schedule as the two good runners (sub 32 mins 10k) are racing at the weekend. Basically the five of us started together and did a rep of a big 'u'. At the end and after 1 minutes rest we started from where we were back to the start. This made it more interesting and set up for a big race on the last rep. Had a quick look on google map and ran between 910-930m per rep. Works out about 5:10-5:15 pace
