Aches & Pains

I woke up this morning expecting my legs to ache just a little bit. Nothing! Does that mean that it will happen tomorrow?
I am hoping beyond hope that the massage I received at the end of the Great Eastern Run reduced any chance of those 'I've worked my muscles' aches that follow a long run. Maybe I'm dreaming? Or is it possible that not sitting down for too long has enabled me to work through those usual niggles? Only time will tell.
I had hoped to go out for a short run at lunch time, but work committments prevailed. So instead, I had a working lunch and took 5 mins out to update on the after effects of my first race in a long time.
