About Eating my way to fitness
I have a problem with bread, cream, cream cheese and cottage cheese, all of which upset my stomach and which I should avoid, although I sometimes treat myself if I can afford to be ill the next day. The restriction on dairy is a particular problem as I am also at risk of osteoporisis and have been told to eat plenty of calcium.
I'm looking to lead a healthy lifestyle which includes a balanced diet, with the view to keeping my medical problems under control. If I can lose a bit of weight in the process then that is good as although I am happy with my figure, I do hate being physically restricted by my bulk.
So here we go, an account of what I eat and why. Hopefully it will help keep me on track and allow me to see where I am going wrong.
