Longest Run......Ever!

Yesterday I ran for 14.5miles and got a personal best of 2 hours 17mins and 6 seconds! I'm really chuffed, the longest i've ever run is a half marathon in 2hours 28mins so something must be going right! And to top it all, it was bitterly cold and snowing...... so i think i deserve extra brownie points for this run!
