Runners Knee by alfibubblehead

I've only been running now 2 months and have now been struck with an injury which turns out to be runners knee, or Patellar Tendonitis.

I have to stop running for 4-5 weeks whilst it heals and take anti inflammatories for the next 5 days.

Has anyone tried the Mueller Knee Strap that can be purchased from Realbuzz?
