Week went ok - work has been very, very busy - well trying to keep on top of two full-time roles is always fun but I think I'm still afloat. I have got a good daffy of the assignment done and should be ready to submit by Monday, I reckon, so that's good.

Eating has been pretty good - not excellent, couple of naughties along the way, mainly due timing constraints of work commitments and one due to hospital appointment.

Had a Barium meal thingy on Friday to try and discover what the roblem is with this feeling of something in my throat constantly. It was pretty painless at the time but they did warn me it can make you constipated for a few days and OMG last night I was extremely uncomfortable and bloated - eating lots of fruit and drinking plenty of water, which I hope will set things straight pretty quick.

Attempting a spin class on Monday - never done one before and I'm not sure on the whole idea. One of the PT's at the gym recommended it for me as she knows I like intense training with a good bit of sweat involved, which is true - so we'll see how it goes.

Generally alls good in the hood - hoping it is with you guys too. Enjoy your weekend and good luck with any races planned.Laughing
